Grilled Salmon in Kabayaki Sauce

Ingredients:

Salmon Fillet                            700 gr

Dashi Lab’s Kabayki Sauce    200g

Vinegar                              1 tablespoon

Sesame oil                        1 tablespoon

Minced garlic                     2 teaspoon

Minced ginger                    2 teaspoon

Green Onion                            2 stalks

Roasted Sesame               1 tablespoon


STEPS
Step 1
Mix Kabayaki sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, minced garlic, minced ginger to make salmon marinade.

How to make salmon: Cut salmon into 3 pieces, don’t let the pieces be too thick when baking, it will take a long time to cook. Rinse the salmon under cold running water gently to avoid breaking the fish. Use absorbent paper to dry salmon, marinate with Kabayaki sauce just mixed for 20 minutes to absorb.

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees C for about 10 minutes. After marinating, arrange the salmon on a baking tray, put it in the oven for about 13-16 minutes, until the fish is cooked.

Depending on the thickness of the salmon, the time may vary slightly.

While grillingthe salmon, put the remaining salmon Kabayaki sauce in the pot, cook for about 3-4 minutes over medium heat, then turn off the heat, let it cool.

After the salmon is cooked, the fish meat will be soft and very fragrant. Quickly drizzle the cooked Kabayaki sauce over each piece of fish, sprinkle with white roasted sesame and chopped spring onions and you can now enjoy the dish!
