Description
“Sukiyaki” is a traditional Japanese premium stir fry hotpot dish that uses sliced beef, tofu, konjac, mushrooms, and vegetables, usually cooked on an iron skillet.
Dashi Lab’s “Japanese Sukiyaki Sauce” uses authentic and naturally brewed premium soy sauce from Japan together with Japanese sweet sake called “Mirin”, both are very rich in natural Umami taste and “Mirin” also gives sweetness. In addition to this, we also added another type of natural Umami by blending extract of Bonito. We blended these materials together with other ingredients in a precisely calculated ratio. This will create a surprisingly positive effect through cooking. Our “Sukiyaki Sauce” will enhance the Umami of beef and other ingredients and create a good aroma. Also, the sauce gives meat and other ingredients in the pot a glossy appearance to increase your appetite.
