Ingredients

- Udon noodles: 2 pcs
- King oyster mushroom: 1 cái
- Spinach: 50 gr
- Bok choy: 4 pcs
- Water: 750 ml
- Premium Happo Dashi: 125-150ml
STEPS
Step 1
Clean the vegetables. Separate bok choy & spinach leaves. Thinly sliced chicken thighs.
Step 2
Cook Udon for 3-4 minutes. Depending on the type of udon noodles you use, the cooking time varies, please carefully read the instructions on the package. When the noodles are done, turn off the stove.
