Ingredients

  • Udon noodles: 2 pcs
  • King oyster mushroom: 1 cái
  • Spinach: 50 gr
  • Bok choy: 4 pcs
  • Water: 750 ml
  • Premium Happo Dashi: 125-150ml

STEPS

Step 1

Clean the vegetables. Separate bok choy & spinach leaves. Thinly sliced ​​chicken thighs.

Step 2

Cook Udon for 3-4 minutes. Depending on the type of udon noodles you use, the cooking time varies, please carefully read the instructions on the package. When the noodles are done, turn off the stove.

Prepare the broth: Put the Happo Dashi and water in the pot, stir well, and bring to a boil, then add vegetables and mushroom.
When the broth boils again, reduce the low-medium heat.
