Ingredients
(For 2 people)
1) Steamed Egg
- Egg 2 quả
- Shrimp 30g
- Shiitake mushroom 10g
- Crab stick 10g
- Lotus seed 10g
- Water 270ml
- Premium Shira Dashi 20-30g
2) Sauce
- Potato starch 5g
- Water 125ml
- Premium Shira Dashi 30g
STEPS
- Steamed Egg: Peal shrimp. Chop shiitake mushrooms, crab sticks
- Mix eggs with 270 ml of water and 20-30gShira Dashi
- Shrimp: peel, remove shrimp thread, slit the back and abdomen, use your hands to straighten the shrimp
- Put shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, lotus seeds, and crab sticks in a bowl, then slowly pour in the egg mixture
- Put it into a pot of boiling water, steam it on high heat for 3 minutes, on low heat for 10 minutes phút
- Sauce: Mix potato starch in 5ml of water
- Put 120ml of water and 30g of Shira Dashi in a pot, bring to a boil
- Slowly add the potato starch mixture to the pot and stir well
- Pour the sauce over the steamed eggs and enjoy
Tips
- Filter the egg mixture through a sieve will help the eggs have a smooth texture and won’t get honeycomb texture after steaming.
- When steaming eggs, you should open the lid slightly, this will help you easily adjust the temperature to your liking.
