  • Eggplant                              1 pc
  • Pork belly                            100g
  • Cooking Oil                         1 tablespoon
  • Dashi Lab’s Kabayaki Sauce     100g
  • Rice                                    200g
  • Roasted Sesame               a little
  • Green Onion                      a little


  1. Peel the skin of eggplant, cut off the ends, cover and microwave until soft (3 minutes)
  2. Cut the eggplant and spread it evenly
  3. Sliced ​​pork belly
  4. Heat the pan with cooking oil, sauté the pork belly, add the eggplant and sauté together
  5. Add Kabayaki sauce in a pan with pork belly and eggplant until evenly cooked, nicely browned
  6. Serve the rice into a bowl, drizzle 1 tablespoon Kabayaki sauce and add a little roasted sesame for flavor
  7. Place the pork belly, eggplant onto the rice, sprinkled with a little green onion
