Different from the traditional pickle that takes a long time to ferment, “Asazuke” is a traditional Japanese seasoning for pickling vegetables in just 15-20 minutes. In addition, the Japanese also use Asazuke seasoning to make delicious and succulent salted fried chicken!

Dashi Lab’s Japanese Asazuke Seasoning uses Kombu dried kelp extract and tuna extract to add depth and Umami flavor to the pickled vegetables.

Usage instruction 1) Used to make seasoning for pickled vegetables.
How to use:
– Vegetables cut into bite-sized pieces, put in a bag and pour Asazuke Seasoning in the ratio: 2-2.5 vegetables and 1 seasoning. Twist the mouth of the bag to push out all the air in the bag, tie the bag tightly, gently rub the seasoning to penetrate the vegetables well, pour the seasoning water away, drain and enjoy.
– Depending on the vegetables used, adjust the thickness, cut size and storage time to get the desired flavor.

2) Seasoning for Salted Fried Chicken: Use Asazuke seasoning to marinate chicken about 20% of the meat.
